The slackers are back with their 5th album "Wasted Days" and let me tell you, these guys just keep dishing out the goods album after album. With their great
musicians and Vic Reggiero's voice, you can't go wrong in liking them.
The first track "Wasted Days" talks about lost love, a subject that most
Slackers' fans have become used to by now. "Pets Of The World" is a nice
Dub-reggae track that sticks with you for a long time. "Dave's Friend" talks
about being friends with a drug junkie. A very sad song, about loosing
friends to drugs. "Wanted Dead Or Alive" is a ska touch on a Bon Jovi song.
They boys make the song better than the original in my opinion.
The album is packed with other great songs from the beginning to the end. The
only thing that is better than listening to the Slackers on the album, is
seeing them live, but I guess it goes for almost everyone. Listen to the
Slackers and keep shaking yer ass!
